Your satisfaction is of highest priority to us and all products are guaranteed for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Simply provide us with proof of purchase and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects as soon as possible. Defects are assessed on a case by case basis.

Vegetable tanned leather is completely natural and untreated meaning each skin is unique with its own markings and colouring and the surface may scuff and wear over time. Variation in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.

These items are designed to last and encourage the slow fashion movement. To ensure you’re happy with your choice of product we’re happy to exchange any items that are returned in a saleable condition within 14 calendar days of purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to exchange items that have been made to measure.

Each piece is made to order in a small workshop in West Yorkshire. Taking time and care to make and package each order that come out of the workshop is very important to us. Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be dispatched. If you need something for a specific date please get in touch via email at ruby@rubycreagh.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Shipping costs for bags is £11 in the UK, and £13 for Europe & North America.
